§ 1751 County School Health Contracts

In lieu of employing supervisors of health, the county superintendent of schools may, with the approval of the county board of education, contract with the board of supervisors of the county in which he holds office, or with any local health district located wholly or partially within such county, for the provision of health services by employees of the county health department or local health district to pupils in the school districts specified in Section 1750. (Enacted by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1010.)
