§ 1721 County School Curriculum Agreements

The county superintendent of schools may, with the approval of the county board of education, enter into an agreement with the governing board of any school district and community college districts in the territory under his or her jurisdiction, other than specified in Section 1720, to provide for the preparation of courses of study by the county superintendent of schools for use in the districts. The agreement shall provide for the payment of the cost of services rendered. (Amended by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1372, Sec. 33.)
