§ 17479 School District Property Acquisition

Nothing in Sections 17455 to 17542, inclusive, shall prevent the governing board of any school district from acquiring, leasing or subleasing property pursuant to Section 1261 of the Military and Veterans Code. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
