§ 10505 Regional Education Data Centers

The State Board of Education shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter, including rules and regulations that: (a) Establish minimum standards entitling regional educational data processing centers to receive an allowance under this chapter. (b) Prescribe the procedure by which applications for allowance pursuant to this chapter shall be governed. (Amended by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1011.)
