§ 16213 Compensatory Education Recommendations

In formulating recommendations to the board under this article, the State Department of Education, through the Director of Compensatory Education, shall be subject to standards established by rules and regulations of the State Board of Education. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 277, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative January 1, 1998.)
