§ 12470 Member Director Election Rules

As to directors elected by members, there shall be available to the members reasonable nomination and election procedures given the nature, size and operations of the corporation. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 589, Sec. 52. Effective January 1, 1997.)
