§ 3772 Respiratory Care Licensing Fund

There is established in the State Treasury the Respiratory Care Fund. All collections from persons licensed or seeking to be licensed under this chapter shall be paid by the board into the fund after the report to the Controller at the beginning of each month of the amount and source of the collections. Moneys in the fund shall be available to the board, upon appropriation by the Legislature. (Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 600, Sec. 16. (SB 796) Effective January 1, 2018.)
