§ 2980 Psychology Fund Revenue Deposits

There is in the State Treasury the Psychology Fund. The board shall report to the Controller at the beginning of each calendar month, for the month preceding, the amount and source of all revenue received by it, pursuant to this chapter, and shall pay the entire amount thereof to the Treasurer for deposit into that fund. All revenue received by the board from fees authorized to be charged relating to the practice of psychology shall be deposited into that fund as provided in this section. (Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 758, Sec. 42. Effective January 1, 1998.)
