§ 2964 License Revocation Reporting

• •If a psychologist's license is taken away for a bad reason (not just because they didn't pay fees), other states will be told about it.
• •If a psychologist gets their license back after it was taken away, other states will also be told about it.

A psychologist in California does something really bad, like hurting a patient on purpose, and loses their license.

California will tell all other states about this so that the psychologist can't just move to another state and keep working like nothing happened.
