§ 4904 Veterinary Board Fund Reporting

All fees collected on behalf of the board and all receipts of every kind and nature shall be reported each month for the month preceding to the Controller and at the same time the entire amount shall be paid into the State Treasury and shall be credited to the California Veterinary Medical Board Contingent Fund. The California Veterinary Medical Board Contingent Fund shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, for the use of the board. (Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 497, Sec. 69. (SB 1526) Effective January 1, 2025.)
