§ 3101 Optometrist Licensing Requirements

It is unlawful to advertise by displaying a sign or otherwise or hold himself or herself out to be an optometrist without having at the time of so doing a valid unrevoked license from the board. (Added by renumbering Section 3128 by Stats. 2005, Ch. 393, Sec. 34. Effective January 1, 2006.)
