§ 3055 License Issuance And Renewal

The board shall issue a license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this chapter, including the payment of the prescribed licensure, certification, or renewal fee, and who meets any other requirement in accordance with state law. A license or certificate issued under the chapter shall be subject to renewal as prescribed by the board and shall expire unless renewed in that manner. The board may provide for the late renewal of a license or certificate as provided for in Section 163.5. (Repealed and added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 426, Sec. 39. Effective January 1, 2005.)
