§ 19562 Horse Race Wagering Rules

The board may prescribe rules, regulations, and conditions, consistent with the provisions of this chapter, under which all horse races with wagering on their results shall be conducted in this State. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1828.)
