§ 19560 Unlicensed Horse Race Betting

No person shall, without complying with this chapter, hold or conduct, or assist, aid, or abet in holding or conducting, any meeting in this State where there is horse racing with wagering on its results. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1828.)
