§ 1804 Dental Corporation Name Requirements

Notwithstanding subdivision (i) of Section 1680 and paragraph (7) of subdivision (a) of Section 1701, the name of a dental corporation and any name or names under which it may be rendering professional services shall include the words “dental corporation” or wording or abbreviations denoting corporate existence. (Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 483, Sec. 66. (SB 1453) Effective January 1, 2025.)
