§ 5175 Dual 72-Hour Treatment Facilities

This article does not prevent a facility designated as a facility for 72-hour evaluation and treatment of individuals under the influence of alcohol from also being designated as a facility for 72-hour evaluation and treatment of other persons subject to this part, including persons impaired by chronic alcoholism. (Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 847, Sec. 89. (AB 2995) Effective January 1, 2025.)
