§ 4621 Regional Center Contract Payments

The department, within the limitations of funds appropriated, shall contract with appropriate private nonprofit corporations for the establishment of regional centers. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any contract entered into pursuant to this section may provide for periodic advance payments for services to be performed under such contract. No advance payment made pursuant to this section shall exceed 25 percent of the total annual contract amount. (Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.)
