§ 11360 Kinship Guardianship Payment Program

Effective on the date that the director executes a declaration pursuant to Section 11217, the department shall establish a state-funded Kinship Guardianship Assistance Payment Program as specified in this article. (Repealed and added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 559, Sec. 34. (AB 12) Effective January 1, 2011. This section also became operative on January 1, 2011, pursuant to Section 11379.)
