§ 11262 Disability And Domestic Violence Disclosure

The department shall include questions that enable a recipient to disclose a disability, the need for accommodation due to disability, and any experience of domestic violence, in any amendment or revision adopted on or after January 1, 2019, to the semiannual report form described in Section 11265.1. (Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 485, Sec. 3. (AB 2030) Effective January 1, 2019.)
