§ 11159 Housing Assistance Payment Exclusion

No payment received by, or for the benefit of any members of, an eligible household occupying an assisted unit under Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 50735) of Part 2 of Division 31 of the Health and Safety Code, shall be considered as income or resources to any recipient, including a recipient of aid to families with dependent children, and such payments shall not be deducted from the amount of aid to which the recipient would otherwise be entitled under any other provision of law. (Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1045.)
