§ 9497 County Bond Payment Transfer

All money collected by the several county treasurers upon the installment for bonds or for the penalty thereon in case of delinquency shall, within 30 days after collection, be paid over to the State Treasurer and credited to the bond fund of the assessment. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.)
