§ 9474 Assessment Payment Warrant Requests

The board shall from time to time when necessary, present its written request to the Controller for the issuance of warrants for the purpose of paying the cost and expenses of the works or project, for which the assessment was levied, and the expenses of making, bonding and collecting the assessment. (Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.)
