§ 8836 Assessment Land Mapping Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •People who check property values can make maps of the land they are looking at.
  • •The maps can show the whole area or just parts of it.
  • •The maps must show enough details so you can tell one piece of land from another.

Example

Imagine your neighborhood is getting new property value checks.

The people doing the checks can draw a map of your neighborhood. The map will show each house or piece of land clearly, so everyone knows which property is which.
