§ 8810 County Land Assessment Lists

• •The people who figure out how much land is worth must make a special list for each county.
• •This list is only for the land they check in that county.
• •They have to follow the rules in this part of the law when they make the list.

Imagine you live in a county, and the government wants to know how much all the land is worth.

The people in charge will go around, check each piece of land, and write down what it’s worth on a special list just for your county. They can’t mix it up with other counties.
