§ 8023 Special Election Notice Requirements

• •The city must tell everyone about a special election before it happens.
• •They have to share the same info that was in the first announcement about the election.
• •This notice must come out after the first announcement but before the election day.

The city decides to have a special vote on building a new park.

After they first say there will be a vote, they must send out another reminder with all the same details about the park vote before the actual voting day.
