§ 4126 Reservoir Measuring Device Enforcement

• •If you own a big water tank (reservoir), you must put in and keep working the tools that measure water.
• •If you don’t do this after being told to by the water bosses (department), they can open your tank’s water exit and keep it open.
• •The water exit will stay open until you finally put in the measuring tools like they asked.

Imagine you have a huge swimming pool on your farm that holds water for crops. The water bosses tell you to install a special ruler to measure how much water is in it, but you ignore them for a month.

The water bosses can then open the drain on your pool and won’t let you close it until you put in that ruler they asked for.
