§ 22172 Voter Ballot Marking Instructions

The ballots shall have printed on them under the heading “Instructions to Voters”: “To vote for a proposal stamp a cross (+) in the voting space after the word ‛ Yes’ following the proposal. To vote against a proposal, stamp a cross (+) in the voting space after the word ‛ No’ following the proposal.” (Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 420.)
