§ 14905 Land And Water Retirement Agreements

The department may enter into agreements with the state board, the Department of Fish and Game, the Department of Conservation, possessors of water rights, and other appropriate public agencies and nonprofit organizations to provide for the purchase and management of retirement land and water pursuant to this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 959, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993. Section operative July 1, 1993, pursuant to Section 14920.)
