§ 13845 Bond Sale Proceeds Use

All proceeds from the sale of bonds, except those derived from premiums and accrued interest, are available for the purpose provided in Section 13819, but are not available for transfer to the General Fund to pay principal and interest on bonds. The money in the fund may be expended only as provided in this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 378, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 28 at the November 6, 1984, election.)
