§ 13525 Recycled Water Enforcement Orders

Upon the refusal or failure of any person or persons recycling water or using recycled water to comply with the provisions of this article, the Attorney General, at the request of the regional board, shall petition the superior court for the issuance of a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction, or combination thereof, as may be appropriate, prohibiting forthwith any person or persons from violating or threatening to violate the provisions of this article. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 28, Sec. 34. Effective January 1, 1996.)
