§ 11962 Water Reuse And Efficiency Projects

Water conservation and reclamation projects eligible for assistance under this chapter include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) Projects for municipal and industrial advanced waste water treatment to permit the reuse of the water for additional purposes. (b) Projects for the improvement of water supply and delivery facilities. (c) Projects for the improvement of on-farm irrigation systems, including tailwater recovery systems, regulatory impoundments, and sprinkler, drip, or other irrigation systems which enable more efficient use of water.
