§ 11960 Water Sales Conservation Contracts

Any water supplier or user of water in the state that has an existing right which permits the supplier or user to sell water may enter into a contract under this chapter to finance the conservation or recycling of water and to sell the conserved or recycled water to another water supplier or water user. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 28, Sec. 15. Effective January 1, 1996.)
