§ 11236 Friant-Kern Canal Capacity

The Friant-Kern Canal shall be of such capacity as the department determines to be necessary to furnish an adequate supply of water for beneficial purposes in the area to be served by it. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
