§ 11216 Contra Costa Water Conduit

The Contra Costa Conduit shall be of such capacity as the department determines to be necessary to furnish an adequate supply of water for industrial, agricultural, domestic, and other beneficial uses in the area served by it. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 1932.)
