§ 10852 Agricultural Water Grant Eligibility

An agricultural water supplier is not eligible for a water grant or loan awarded or administered by the state unless the supplier complies with this part. (Added by Stats. 2009, 7th Ex. Sess., Ch. 4, Sec. 4. (SB 7 7x) Effective February 3, 2010.)
