§ 10003 Valid Finance Applications

This law says that any applications the Department of Finance filed earlier under a specific part will still be valid and will keep the same status and priority they had before.

Key Takeaways

  • •Old applications stay valid.
  • •They keep the same priority/status.
  • •The rule overrides any newer conflicting rules.

Example

A city planner submitted a permit application for a new park five years ago, but the rules changed since then.

Even though the rules changed, the old application is still valid and will be treated the same way as it was before the change.
