§ 2464 Record Retention Requirements

All records required to be retained pursuant to this article shall be maintained and retained at the regular place of business of each licensed renderer, collection center, and registered transporter for two years. Those records shall be exhibited on demand to any peace officer or authorized employee of the Department of the California Highway Patrol or the Department of Food and Agriculture. (Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 595, Sec. 12. (AB 1566) Effective January 1, 2015.)
