§ 98105 Board Initial Meeting Rules

• •The first meeting of the board must happen within 10 days after the last director is chosen.
• •The board gets to make its own rules for how meetings work.
• •The board decides where and when future meetings will be held.

A new board is formed with 5 directors. The last director is appointed on January 1st.

The board must have its first meeting by January 11th. At that meeting, they can decide their own rules, like how often they meet and where.
