§ 50063 Director Oath Requirement

Each director shall, within 10 days after his appointment and before entering upon the discharge of his duties of his office, take and subscribe to an oath in the form set forth in Section 3 of Article XX of the Constitution of California before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths. The oaths shall be filed in the office of the district. (Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 839.)
