§ 95495 Ordinance Enacting Clause Requirements

The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be as follows: “Be it enacted by the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District:” All ordinances shall be signed by the chairman of the board or the vice chairman and attested by the secretary. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1835.)
