§ 615 Pipeline Condemnation Authority

• •A pipeline company can take private land if they need it to build or fix their pipelines.
• •They can do this even if the land owner doesn’t want to sell.
• •This is only for land they really need for the pipeline.

A pipeline company wants to build a new pipe through your farm.

If the company can prove they need your land for the pipeline, they can take it, even if you say no.
