§ 60046 Local Land Use Authority Limits

Notwithstanding any other provision of law which relates to the functioning of the district as the Yolo County Congestion Management Agency District, the district may not exercise any authority over the land use decisions of a local governmental agency. (Added by Stats. 1996, Ch. 457, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1997.)
