§ 6002 Franchise Additional Terms Authority

The grantor may, in such a franchise, impose such other and additional terms and conditions not in conflict with this article, whether governmental or contractual in character, as in the judgment of the legislative body thereof are to the public interest. (Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.)
