§ 5439 Tnc Insurance Compliance

Transportation network company insurance that meets the requirements of Section 5433 shall be deemed to satisfy the financial responsibility requirements of Sections 16054 and 16056 of the Vehicle Code. (Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 389, Sec. 1. (AB 2293) Effective January 1, 2015.)
