§ 403 Transportation Fee Reimbursement Account

There is hereby created the Public Utilities Commission Transportation Reimbursement Account in the General Fund. All fees collected by the commission pursuant to Section 421 shall be transmitted to the Treasurer at least quarterly for deposit in the account. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 323, Sec. 71. Effective July 1, 1983.)
