§ 403 Transportation Fee Reimbursement Account

• •There is a special account called the Public Utilities Commission Transportation Reimbursement Account in the General Fund.
• •All fees collected by the commission under Section 421 must be sent to the Treasurer at least every three months.
• •The Treasurer then deposits these fees into the special account.
