§ 40095 District Manager Authority

The board may appoint and fix the salary of a general manager who shall have full charge of the acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operation of the facilities of the district, and of the administration of the business affairs of the district. (Amended by Stats. 1991, Ch. 752, Sec. 1.5.)
