§ 30260 Annual District Financial Report

As soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year the board shall submit to the chief administrative officers and legislative bodies of cities and counties within the district a financial report showing the result of operations during the preceding fiscal year and the financial status of the district on the final day thereof. Copies of the report shall be supplied to the general public upon request in the quantity deemed appropriate by the board. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 62.)
