§ 24937 Annual Financial Report Requirement

The general manager shall within 180 days from the end of each fiscal year cause to be published a financial report showing the result of operations for the preceding fiscal year and the financial status of the district on the last day thereof. The publication shall be made in the manner provided in this division for the publication of ordinances and notices generally. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 200, Sec. 12. (AB 784) Effective January 1, 2022.)
