§ 30250 Director Oath Requirements

Each director, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall take the oath of office. The oath shall be filed with the Secretary of State and a copy thereof with the secretary of the district. (Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 62.)
