§ 30205 Los Angeles Director Appointments

Each director appointed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles shall be appointed by resolution, and each director appointed by the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles, subject to confirmation by the City Council of the City of Los Angeles, shall be confirmed by resolution, and certified copies of the resolutions, together with notices of appointments made thereby, shall be forwarded without delay to the secretary of the district and to the County Clerk of Los Angeles County. (Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 829, Sec. 54. Effective January 1, 1999.)
